Description

We surprised this healthy Whitetail Deer when we were driving a pasture road. She ran toward the brush then stopped to look back over her shoulder at us. I had my camera ready and snapped a few quick pirctures before she disappeared into the brush thicket. She may have had a fawn resting in the thicket. We have seen several new fawns with their mothers in recent weeks. Deer are such beautiful animals and a pleasure to watch. ~ the country life I love.
